I first consulted with the head doctor. I had filled out a questionnaire and went in, and the consultation was based on that questionnaire. The head doctor asked questions thoroughly and sincerely, and I was grateful that they explained things in detail while showing various explanations and examples. The head doctor seemed like they wanted to explain even more, but maybe because the manager gave them a look, the manager came in and the doctor started speaking faster, giving the impression that they were being cautious. I think I understand why there are some comments about the manager. The head doctor is really kind, professional, and great. There was no pressure to have surgery, and I liked how free and relaxed it felt.
