I heard they were notorious for long waiting times, but maybe because I went at opening time, I did not wait as long as I expected. I went after reading blog reviews, and the maximum time to wait for a consultation with the manager is 30 minutes, and I think that was about it. I did manager consultation -> doctor consultation -> manager consultation in that order, and I remember the manager did not really talk in detail about the surgery. The doctor consultation was just businesslike. Before coming here, I had consulted at two other hospitals, and at those two places I had thought, "They are professionally polite, but there is no sincerity in the smile?" But here it was truly just businesslike. I had previously had double eyelid surgery and the line had loosened, and I had severe sunken eyes, so they pinched out two possible lines: for line 1, the line would be a bit lower but I would need fat grafting; for line 2, the line would be higher but I would not need fat grafting. But it would become an out-line. They told me to choose what I wanted, and I thought that was novel. Because at the previous hospital they had just said it would turn out like this and did not mention any options, and they said fat grafting was absolutely necessary, but here they said it was not needed, so I felt somewhat inclined toward this place. I put down the reservation deposit and left, and I hope it goes well
