I waited a very long time and then went in for the consultation with the manager. The basic information was explained well, and since the manager was kind, I was able to feel comfortable even though this was my first consultation at a clinic.
During the consultation with the director, he listened to my requests and then drew three or four lines to match them, proceeding in a way where I chose the one I wanted from among those lines. The director was kind too, but if I did not ask questions in advance and bring them up myself, he did not give additional explanations separately, so it would be better to keep that in mind when visiting.
