First, my eyes had a buried double eyelid plus epicanthoplasty from 8 years ago. My eyebrows were very close to my eyes, and my skin was thick so they looked bulging. Of course, the double eyelids were buried, and I hated having a hidden crease, so I went for a consultation. After taking photos first and then consulting, it felt more accurate and trustworthy. They recommended incisional surgery plus ptosis correction, and said that if I had buried-suture surgery on my eyes, it would definitely come undone, so they strongly recommended incision surgery (their tone was basically that incision was the only option). They were very honest and straightforward, which I actually liked. Because the distance between my eyes and eyebrows was very small, they said I would definitely need forehead lifting later.
