I asked whether the line could be set a little higher before surgery, but he refused. - After surgery: for about a year after surgery, the line showed because of swelling, and even opening my eyes with my forehead improved. After a year, as the eyebrows came down, the line became hidden. It was to the point that it looked like I had no double eyelids. The eyelid bulk was still there. Maybe the surgery was done conservatively, because not much extra skin seemed to have been removed. On the other hand, the incision line is very neat. There is no scar.
