The staff were kind, and the doctor may have a consultation style people either like or dislike, but I think he is fairly kind. I went because of cartilage visibility at the tip of my nose, and I heard the kind of solution you often hear. I do not know if it is really necessary, but if improvement is desired, the only direction is to lower the nose
