It has been 8 days since my facial contouring surgery, and they are being way too careless with the postoperative checkup. The staff are not properly providing information to patients, and I think they need customer service training. Because of the staff's attitude and the careless follow-up checks, my anxiety increased even more, and all that built up was distrust
