I went for consultation for facial contouring, and it was with the chief doctor. He seemed a little perfunctory, but he answered straightforwardly and explained things well by using easy-to-understand analogies. The consultation with the manager and the way they handled things were not bad either, and there was no pressure. The facilities seemed fine, as they also have CT and aftercare.
