I had buccal fat removal surgery last February. Including chin Botox, it cost about 600,000 won. I remember it being a bit scary and slightly painful because the surgery was done under local anesthesia. Right now I do have a bit of a hollow cheek, but my face is smaller than before, so I’m fairly satisfied. However, when I got Botox there was some embossing, so I had touch-up treatment, but it didn’t go away and even a month after getting Botox, there was no effect. (In the end, I got Botox at another hospital about 3 months later.) Other than that, I was generally satisfied.
