I went for a consultation for lower eyelid fat repositioning surgery 3 years ago. In the end I had the surgery somewhere else, it went badly, and I even had revision surgery, but at I Well I only had the consultation. The reason I only had the consultation was that the consultation manager was terrible. She was so terrible that even after 3 years I still remember her name: Jin Yeonhwa. I do not know how old she was, but maybe I looked younger than her, because she kept speaking to me informally and called out to me from far away with just a crooked finger, and it felt like she was calling a pet. On top of that, she pushed the deposit hard. She kept saying I should book first and they would refund 100%... When I asked why I had to reserve first if they were just going to cancel and refund it, she said she would get yelled at by the chief doctor if I did not reserve, and we argued for 10 minutes about putting down even 20,000 won. When I said canceling would be rude, she told me that wasting her time by arguing like this was already rude to her. It was so absurd, but I am a woman who knows manners, so I held it in and left ^^ The head doctor was fun on YouTube, but in real life they apparently curse and scold you if they cannot get the deposit.... At the time I also saw a few reviews on BabiTalk criticizing that manager haha That rude manager is not still working there, right ^^ If a manager like that exists, it would only damage the clinic's reputation~~~
