He kept saying that for canthoplasty, the entire lacrimal caruncle has to be visible and that if I was not going to do it that way, there was no point in having surgery~~~~ But the result is a total mess... He made eyes that make no sense. Does he seriously not understand how the eyes change or what problems happen when the lacrimal caruncle is fully exposed? + scars, asymmetry in shape, change in expression, the lower eye muscles were all severed, ectropion
