Iwell Community Review

Six months ago, I went for a consultation because I was gathering information and saw a lot of videos about nose surgery. The consultation manager and the doctor who saw me were exactly the same people who were famous in those videos. They seemed very angry and made the consultation feel unpleasant. At first I just let it go. But even though the consultation was not very long, as it went on they spoke more and more like machines. I know they must be tired, but to me it felt like even a machine would have sounded kinder. Still, I thought they must be skilled, and since they said they would give a discount I left a deposit and planned to go consult elsewhere. But the consultation manager was the same. At first, because I seemed like I would not go through with it, they casually and carelessly threw out answers, but once I put down the deposit they suddenly became very kind. Why do patients have to feel this way as human beings? Even if you became famous through promotion, that promotion is what brought many people in. If it had become too much to handle, then you should not have promoted yourselves. I suddenly remembered that time and got angry. I thought about posting it somewhere, but had nowhere to put it, so I held back. Then I found this community and since there is a place where reviews like this can be posted, I am leaving it here. It may have just been that they were like that with me, but anyway I remember being in a very bad mood all day that day. The hospital facilities were very clean, and the staff were very pretty and kind, though.
