They really do have a lot of people there, just like I heard. I had to wait about an hour for the consultation, but the manager said, "You've waited so long, haven't you? T_T" and also let me know in the middle that it might be delayed, so that was fine. I consulted with Director Yang, and he didn't make any pushy recommendations and answered exactly the things I asked about, which I liked. I've decided to have surgery here. I hope it goes well as much as I've carefully looked into it and trust them.
