I was expecting a long consultation with the director because I heard it would take a while, but it was much shorter than I expected, so I was taken aback T_T The director and the manager were both really, really nice!!!!!! After the consultation with the director, the manager showed me various surgery cases and explained them, which I also really liked. The manager seemed very proud of the clinic's director, and that gave me confidence haha
