Even though it was a weekday, I had to wait really, really long. Still, the manager was very kind and the hospital facilities were clean. The director was cheerful and explained things well. I wanted to solve my rhinitis at the same time as getting the tip of my nose done, but they said I would have to handle the reimbursement through private insurance personally, so I wasn’t sure whether I’d get reimbursed or not and was worried.
