I had it done about 5 to 6 years ago, and the natural adhesion has stayed in place without loosening. My younger sibling had it done several times, but theirs kept loosening. I didn't really swell or bruise much. In any case, I like that it has lasted a long time. It is very slightly uneven, but my eyes were uneven to begin with, so it's fine. There always seemed to be a lot of people there. Aftercare wasn't much... honestly, once you have the surgery, that's basically the end, haha..
