It’s been 2 months since my bulbous nose surgery I really, really love salty food, but to reduce swelling, I only ate it once a week, and mostly ate foods that weren’t strongly seasoned I also ordered pumpkin and red bean tea from Coupang and have been drinking it steadily until now, but I’m not sure if this was especially effective What worked best was walking! What was so fascinating was that there was even a subtle difference in swelling before and after walking Until one month after nose surgery, when I touched my nose, I could barely feel it, like I was touching someone else’s nose Now all the sensation has come back, so it just feels like I’m touching my own nose! The nose surgery turned out beautifully, and a lot of good things happened afterward too, so I’ve been living very happily
