There really are a lot of people these days! Still, since the result is what matters, I went around to every clinic I was curious about. First of all, I have a short nose with an upturned nasal tip, a snub nose. Overall, the clinics were kind and decent.
At Clinic J, they explained while drawing pictures, but it felt like they were just teaching me about rhinoplasty? So it did not really move me much. I thought I would have liked more explanation about how my nose would change and what the current problems are. They recommended lengthening and raising the nasal bridge, nasal tip work using septal cartilage + ear cartilage, and osteotomy.
Clinic B had a lot of people, and it seemed like there were many men. The director took one look and made a judgment. They said my septal cartilage might be insufficient, so after opening it up, if it is not enough, it would be good to use donated costal cartilage together, and also check whether silicone needs to be inserted and insert it if necessary. And for the upturned nasal tip, lowering the nasal tip by repositioning the nasal cartilage...!
At Clinic D, I was worried about the wait, but it was fine, and the consultant was kind too. The consultation with the director was also generally kind, and they understood exactly the style I wanted. Since my nasal bridge is low, they recommended raising the bridge with silicone and lengthening it, and for the nasal tip, building it with septal cartilage + ear cartilage, then repositioning the nasal tip cartilage to lower the nasal tip...!
I think around 2-3 consultations in one day is appropriate. You can plan for about 2 hours per consultation. I did not make a reservation before leaving, but there was a clinic I liked, so I was about to decide, but I am going to visit only the remaining clinics and then decide.
