Really incredibly unfriendly. The consultation manager immediately started pushing me to get other procedures today when I only went for the chin tip, and when I asked why they would not show me the authenticity and proper amount verification, they responded in a completely rude way. Then a director who was not listed on the website came and suddenly performed the procedure. And when I said I did not like it, the director and the consultation manager surrounded me together and said it was not their fault.
