It was just a factory. I had cosmetic surgery without knowing anything, but the nose surgery turned out better than I expected. But even later, when I went back for consultations, I had to make an appointment and it felt like they were running people through a factory line, with the doctor rotating and even the doctor changing, so I ended up getting consulted by someone else lol
