Both the doctor and the manager were incredibly kind. In particular, the director answered my repeated questions and all the questions I kept asking without getting annoyed even once, and explained things kindly and step by step! My older brother also went for a consultation the next day after next, and they showed him a simulated preview haha I think I couldn't get that because it was Saturday Anyway, my brother said the consultation was really good The location was right in front of Seomyeon Station, so accessibility was excellent, and the hospital facility was... as clean and pretty as a cafe! And on the day I went, there was also a consultant who spoke Vietnamese I think I will probably go with them here
