The doctor and nurse were kind. The clinic facilities were clean and nice too. But I had made a reservation and arrived earlier than the appointment time, yet the waiting time was quite long. The patients were sitting facing each other after applying anesthetic cream, which felt a bit awkward. And before the procedure, I did have a consultation, but maybe because it was only corner-of-mouth Botox, it ended in less than 1 minute with no real explanation. Still, the effect was good.
