I had philtrum reduction and corner-of-mouth surgery. I am satisfied, but I regret the corner-of-mouth surgery and think I should have only done the outer reduction. Still, the surgery went well. The philtrum reduction surgery left a fairly large scar. It has been about 2 years and it is still white and visible. Still, I am satisfied.
