It is completely factory-style and they do not provide separate consultations. For simple botox, it does not seem bad. The salivary gland botox did not hurt, and the trapezius botox hurt quite a bit. It seems to have some effect. I was not expecting much in the first place, so I was not disappointed. It is just good for getting it done quickly when you are busy.
