There was a bit of a wait from the consultation stage, but I only spoke with the manager, not the director. I thought that could happen since it wasn't a major procedure, just Botox. I got it for forehead wrinkles, and the cost burden was manageable. The effect seems pretty good. Both the director and the manager were kind, but this isn't the kind of clinic that is extremely thorough or especially attentive, so I think it's a good fit for people who want value for money!
