Eye Surgery Reviews

Review of Hyundai

I had the buried-suture method done at Jinju Hyundai Plastic Surgery. I thought it was buried-suture, but it wasn’t. They used a very thick thread to stitch the eye and left it in for a few days, then removed the thread, using the scar as the fixation method. It was done almost 3 years ago, and the result is satisfying because it turned out like a subtle double eyelid, just as I wanted. But when the stitches were removed after surgery, it hurt so, so much, and eyelash eversion lasted for a month. I worried for a long time whether I should undo it, and I spent nights crying. It did go down after a month. Also, when I close my eyes, there is still a tiny scar or hole from the needle passing through that only I can notice, and I hate that. Still, people say buried-suture results tend to loosen easily, but mine hasn’t loosened and just became a subtle double eyelid, so I’m satisfied. But if I chose again, even if I were told it would loosen well with a shallow fixation, I’d want to do it somewhere that wouldn’t hurt.
