I had a hump nose and a bulbous nose, and they recommended osteotomy and inserting silicone, saying it would not be possible without it. They also recommended aristocratic mouth surgery! It was just okay, not bad at all. The price was not too expensive, and everyone was kind lol. But I felt like the surgical method did not suit me, so I did not choose it T_T I wanted to do it without implants, and another hospital said it was possible!
