I visited four places for nose consultations, and this was the only place where they did not take photos and just consulted with me. I was sitting there with my mask on, and they immediately asked what I was curious about, so it felt like they only answered my questions. The consultation was not great, but it was interesting that they said they could do the surgery without using ear cartilage and still make it so I could twist it like my own nose.
