There seemed to be many people curious about reviews of this plastic surgery clinic, so I hope this helps.
As of today, it has been exactly 44 days since my nose surgery, and only ear cartilage was used, without silicone. I had a slight hump, so it was shaved down, and ear cartilage was used for the nasal bridge + nasal dorsum + columella area. My nostrils are on the small side, so I did not have alar reduction. My original nose was a short bulbous nose with fairly thick skin, and I had columellar retraction.
I had only searched around for plastic surgery clinics online and had never actually gone for a consultation, but I happened to find out about this hospital, felt like this was the one, made a consultation appointment, and visited. I had a consultation directly with the director, and he explained things for almost an hour so that I could understand the principles of nose surgery itself. After consulting with the director, I was informed of the surgery cost by the consultant and set the surgery date right away.
I had surgery in January around the holiday period, and even on the day of the holiday, he came in alone to treat my nose. Everything, from removing and reapplying tape to simple follow-up checks, is done personally by the director. I like that I am happy with my nose after surgery, but I also really like that the aftercare is handled so thoroughly. Every time I went in for treatment, he checked my medical chart and I could feel that he cared about each patient. When I went at the one-month mark, he looked at my chart and said I would need a scar-tissue injection, then gave me the injection.
Right now, my two nostrils are not perfectly identical, but I think they will become the same once all the swelling goes down. They have improved a lot compared with the beginning lol. As expected, nose surgery is a battle with swelling. It seems like a little scar tissue is forming on the inside of my right columella now, so I need to go again in mid-March for another scar-tissue injection. The swelling has not gone down completely yet, and the scar tissue has not fully settled, so I am taking that into account.
While writing this review, I looked at my preoperative photos for the first time in a while.... I made the right decision. I’m satisfied. ★Director Hwang Se-hwi tends to operate in a natural-looking way. For reference, for reference
