While looking around for clinics, I got a consultation once through an acquaintance's recommendation. There was no separate consultation with a counseling manager or anything like that, and the doctor gave me the consultation directly. They did not recommend all sorts of things, and when I asked, "I want to do it like this, can it be done? Can this be done?" they honestly said things like, "This one seems difficult," or "This one can be done if you use this method." I had a flood of questions, but they answered everything very kindly. I had thought they would usually just do a quick consultation and send you off, but even though we talked for several tens of minutes, they never seemed eager to rush me out, and they answered everything sincerely, so I was moved while looking around for clinics...
