Around the time the eyeliner semi-permanent treatment had just been launched? while I was getting my eyebrows done, they kept recommending it to me. Since she was the oldest-looking staff member, I somehow thought she would make it more painful than the younger staff, so I refused, saying I had never had eyeliner before, was scared, and thought it would hurt. Then she suddenly made a few strokes on one side. She just did it without anything like numbing cream. She said it would not hurt, that it was only like this. I was flustered. Since it did not hurt, I said, ah, yes, it is not hurting, right, and then she put on numbing cream and did the eyeliner in earnest. I thought it was a service since I had never said I would do it and had kept refusing. After everything was done, they included it in the total cost. There were a huge number of customers, the staff were rude, and the person in charge disappeared to the next customer, so I could not complain anywhere and just paid. Overall, a mess. But the semi-permanent treatment itself turned out fairly well.
