Without anything like a CT scan, the director looked at me with his eyes and talked about nose surgery plus fat grafting. I went for a consultation only thinking about doing my nose, but when I said I was also worried about midface hollowing, he brought up fat grafting too. They said the nose would only be done with Gore-Tex and under sleep anesthesia. I even paid the contract deposit, but it ended after only taking photos. They said I would meet the director again on the day of surgery to discuss the detailed design. It looks like there are no imaging tests like CT.
