I had a consultation there back when they were at their previous place, and I had never once in my life been told I had a square jaw. In fact, even I, who didn't really know much, could see on the CT that I didn't have a square jaw, yet they recommended doing that together. Later I went to another hospital and asked about it because I found it odd, and they said they weren't sure why they suggested it when there was nothing to shave. The director was kind, though. I just came out thinking they must have a different eye for things.
