I wanted only an epicanthoplasty to remove the Mongolian fold, but they recommended doing double eyelid surgery at the same time. I said I did not want a big change to my image, so I only had the epicanthoplasty, but my eyes ended up looking very close-set and they turned my gentle, soft image into a sharp one. I should have emphasized right before surgery that I only wanted a tiny opening. I think for any surgery, it is best to make your own wishes very clear. The staff were kind and nice!
