During the consultation, you only see the manager, and you only see the director on the day of surgery when they do the design. They do not show you the harvested fat. They just tell you later at the follow-up visit how much was removed. After surgery, if you want to see the director, they say you have to ask to see the director at the 3-month and 6-month marks. The staff in the recovery room get 5 stars. The rest gets 2 stars.
