The director explained everything so well and was kind and gentle. No matter how odd the question, they answered it all, which was really great. You can feel that they are doing their best for each patient. They also turned on a presentation to explain things, compared options, and tried to match the treatment to the patient as much as possible. The price was also reasonable. This was the clinic I agonized over until the end. Sigh. For personal reasons, I did not end up deciding on surgery here, but the consultation itself was good b
