I went to get a nose consultation this time, and because I thought they would adjust it to fit my facial proportions, I didn't describe the nose I wanted in detail. Then they asked whether I had not thought about it at all. It seems like they can do everything you want. The director definitely seemed to have a strong sense of pride. The staff member in charge of consultations also explained everything one by one kindly, so I felt reassured.
