I went in for a double eyelid consultation. The consultation order was director -> doctor -> director, and the director was really kind.. The doctor was kind too, but he was very blunt and kept throwing out facts,, and more than anything, he really understood eyes well. He explained things extremely well, one by one, and made everything easy to understand! It was reassuring that he was not the type to just say yes to everything, but instead explained the reasons and said things like this would be done in one way and that in another way. The staff were kind too, so it was good.
