While I was looking around a lot for nose surgery, a person close to me recommended this place because they had surgery here and told me I should at least go for a consultation. It is also right in front of Gangnam Station, so the location was convenient, and the interior felt neat and luxurious.
I arrived a little earlier than my appointment time, but since it was a weekday there was not much waiting, so I checked in and went in quickly once the appointment time came.
I had a CT scan and photos taken first, then consulted in the order of manager-director-manager. The staff guiding me and the manager were both kind and made me feel comfortable. The director is not the super-friendly type, but seems extremely thorough. She said what could be done was possible, and what could not be done or would probably have little effect did not need to be done, which felt very trustworthy.
The manager did not push any add-ons or force me to book either, so this was the most comfortable consultation I have had so far. My acquaintance's surgery turned out well too, and I still have a few clinics left on my list, but for now this one is my favorite.
