The staff are kind. I haven't talked with the doctor, so I don't know about that, but they created a comfortable atmosphere. I've had laser done here twice now, and I think after five more sessions my underarms will be permanently hair-free. There were a lot of people, but the waiting time wasn't long, so I think it was pretty good.
