I went to get semi-permanent makeup 4 years ago, and the price was about the same as surgery. The consultation manager was really rude, but I thought maybe it would be different if I got semi-permanent makeup at a hospital, so I went ahead with it. The doctor only did the anesthesia, and the procedure itself was done by someone who just had a skin care license. I was thinking, why am I paying this much to get it done at a hospital?
