It was my first time going in for a consultation, so I was pretty nervous, but the director explained each line and the possible side effects one by one, and when I said I was worried because of keloids, they also explained the treatment method in detail. I got an injection that same day too. Since I am still a student, I was very worried about swelling and about things loosening, but they said revision surgery would be possible immediately once it loosens. They are really incredibly kind.
