There were only the other guest and me in the lobby, so there was no waiting. 3-minute consultation with the manager (front photo taken, rough discussion of the surgical direction) 15-minute consultation with the director 5-minute consultation with the manager (the manager was really kind and did mention the event, but there was no pressure)
The director was not especially warm, but was thorough. Their tone and attitude were not particularly affectionate, but there was no part of the explanation that felt lacking during the consultation. We consulted while looking at the front photo. I did not take off my mask. They recommended two surgical directions that could produce the eyes I wanted, and I liked that they showed me different lines depending on the direction of surgery. They explained in detail what surgery would be done, how, and why, and what the results would likely be.
