I made a reservation and visited. I went around 11 a.m. on a weekday, and after a consultation I was taken in right away without any wait. They did not suggest any unnecessary procedures beyond what I had booked. The staff member who consulted with me was also kind, and I had heard a lot that the doctor was kind too. He really greeted me with a bright smile and made me feel welcome, which was nice. I had been very nervous because I heard Rejuran Healer hurts, but thanks to the local anesthesia, about 30 to 40 percent of the entire procedure was almost painless. There was pain only around the outer edges of the face and around the mouth. After the procedure, the staff who took care of me even said, "It must have hurt a lot, right?" and worried about me, which was comforting as I came out with my legs shaking T_T It was a little disappointing that they did not do the unboxing in front of me, but overall the facility was clean, and it has been 3 days now, so I am seeing a certain level of satisfaction with the effects of Rejuran Healer (improved inner dryness, reduced fine lines), so I would visit again.
