I had the tip done with ear cartilage only, with no silicone at all, and I want to take it out,.. My friends say no one would even know I had surgery unless I said so, but it is not cheap, so I am deliberating ,, Has anyone removed a no-implant rhinoplasty before ,,? T_T If there is a problem, let me know! I will fix it right away or delete the post!!
