When I said I did not want to use silicone, they said that if I only lifted the tip, the high nasal bridge would not come out and that silicone was necessary. At other places they said cartilage alone would be enough, but here they said my nose would not work with cartilage alone. I asked about silicone side effects, and they said there were none lol. The consultation atmosphere was a bit cool and restrained.
