It was a clinic where the doctor recommended only the surgeries that were truly needed. The price was the cheapest and the location was good, so I wanted to do it here, but the reviews were a bit ambiguous, so I am still thinking about it. They said general anesthesia is also possible if you pay more, so if you are worried about local anesthesia, you should look into that too!
