Many reviews said the doctor seemed very busy and the consultation was short, but this was the longest consultation about my face I have had at any clinic so far. However, it was a Nose Beam consultation, and what puzzled me was that they said if filler would not spread, then if I did not want silicone, we could do Nose Beam on the nose tip and filler so there would be no step-off. That made some sense, but I wondered whether there really is a case where filler does not spread, and I felt like they were trying to push the surgery they developed themselves. I thought there might be a reason other places do not use it, so I decided not to proceed.
