I had front canthoplasty reversal several years ago, but the scar was severe, and instead of improving over time, it kept recurring, so in the end I had secondary canthoplasty. I do not know whether it was a problem with the surgery method or a problem with the front canthoplasty reversal surgery itself, but I ended up getting a gentle impression and stress too T_T
