I had consultations for revisional philtrum surgery and nasal revision surgery. Because of the scar on my philtrum, they said they would cut about 2 mm again and suture it. They also said the alar area was pulled too far downward, so it would need to be re-sutured, and that they would lower the nasal bridge and create more soft tissue around the nose. For nasal osteotomy, they said that if you look only at the nose itself, it would be better to do it, but for facial balance it would be better not to do it. They left the choice up to me, so I was like But they said all of this was possible without scarring, so I wanted to do it. The price was so overwhelming lol It was a price that could not even be negotiated, ..so I just quietly left. Everyone was kind and nice.
